EFC Boot Camp is a high-energy, full-body workout combining strength, cardio, and functional training in a fun, supportive group environment. Suitable for all fitness levels, each session is designed to challenge you, build confidence, and deliver real results


EFC Functional Fit 1 HOUR

EFC Functional focuses on strength, movement, and conditioning using functional exercises that improve everyday performance. Designed for all fitness levels, this class builds power, mobility, and endurance in a supportive group setting
