EFC Strength & Sculpt 1 HOUR

Strength & Sculpt is a guided, strength-focused class designed to help you build muscle, improve technique, and feel confident using gym equipment.

This class combines structured resistance training with expert coaching, using a mix of machines and weights to target all major muscle groups. You’ll learn correct lifting techniques, how to safely use equipment, and how to train effectively for long-term results.

Whether you’re new to the gym or looking to refine your form, Strength & Sculpt supports you in building strength, shaping your body, and moving with confidence.


EFC Sweat & Sculpt 1 HOUR

Sweat & Sculpt is a hybrid training class designed to elevate your heart rate while building strength and endurance.

Combining functional movements with resistance exercises, this class keeps you moving through a mix of cardio bursts and muscle-sculpting work. Expect a dynamic, full-body workout that challenges your fitness, improves stamina, and helps tone and shape your body.

Perfect for those who want the best of both worlds — a sweaty, high-energy session that still focuses on strength and technique.

Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYBALANCE™* is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. Bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates.


Les Mills Body Pump 1 hour

BODYPUMP™ is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout.


Les Mills Body Combat 1 hour

Step into a BODYCOMBAT workout and you’ll punch and kick your way to fitness. This high-energy martial-arts inspired workout is non-contact and there are no complex moves to master.

Les Mills Pilates is a 45-minute, music-driven mind-body workout that reimagines traditional Pilates with Les Mills' signature energy. It focuses on toning the abs, glutes, and back through controlled movements and breathwork. The program is designed to build strength, mobility, and calmness, making it suitable for all fitness levels.
